SUBJECT:       Concept Plan:  Beechridge Planned Development

Tonight the Council considers a Concept Plan for a proposal by the Beechridge Homeowners Association for modifications to the 1996 Beechridge Special Use Permit.

This proposal involves amending the Beechridge Planned Development Special Use Permit by deleting the stipulated requirements for recreation improvements including three picnic tables and grills.  The Homeowners are also proposing to delete the requirement for constructing a vehicular access drive to the recreation site. In accordance with the Land Use Management Ordinance, there has been no staff review of this Concept Plan.

We recommend that the Council review this Concept Plan, receive comments from the Community Design Commission and citizens, and adopt a resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
