SUBJECT: Appointments to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board

Tonight, the Council may make appointments to 5 vacancies on the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board
If the Council enacted an ordinance earlier this evening (Agenda #4L) allowing the “…Board representation to include three members who are owners of single-family residential property within Chapel Hill, five members who are owners or employees of companies owning property in Chapel Hill used for multi-family, business, commercial, or non-profit purposes, and one member employed by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. …”, then the following applicants may also be considered in the “Business Owner or Employee” category: Tony Bayless, Jamie Gollings and Warren Mitchell.
