SUBJECT:       Cover Memorandum: Wilson Assemblage Special Use Permit and Expedited Processing of Special Use Permit Modification Application for the Dobbins Hill Development

On November 15, 2004, the Council held a Public Hearing on the Wilson Assemblage Special Use Permit.  The Public Hearing was continued to January 10, 2005. 

On December 6, 2004, in response to Council’s comments concerning affordable housing during the November 15, 2004 Public Hearing, the applicant for the Wilson Assemblage, Crosland Inc, presented the Council with a petition.  The petition was referred it to the Town Manager for review and recommendation.   

Attached to this cover memorandum are separate agenda items, 13(b) and 13(c), for continuation of the Wilson Assemblage Special Use Permit Public Hearing and the Town Manager’s response to the Croslands Inc. petition requesting expedited processing of a Special Use Permit Modification application for the Dobbins Hill Development.
