SUBJECT:       Appointment to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board

DATE:             January 10, 2005

Tonight, the Council may make an appointment to 1 vacancy on the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board.  The Council may also adopt the attached resolution to designate a Council liaison to this Board.

A copy of the applications and ballots are attached.

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A COUNCIL MEMBER AS LIAISON TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (2005-01-05/R-20)

WHEREAS, the Council at its June 14, 2004 meeting created the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council designates  as the Council liaison to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board.
