Emily,

These are the two agenda items I submitted for the retreat, almost exactly (to the minute) 52 weeks ago.

The 15-501 "congestion" item is clearly "dated" -- and it looks like there was no particular interest in pursuing conversation. If I understand Kevin's item correctly, this is clearly related. Let me know if I should write a 2005 preface.  

The "corridor" item is a forerunner of what I understand Bill's item to be.  Again, a preface for 2005 can be made available.
