SUBJECT: Assignment of Council Liaison to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board

The Council at its June 14, 2004 meeting created the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board. Appointments to this Board were made on September 27, and December 6, 2004. Tonight the Council may adopt the attached resolution to designate a Council member as the Council liaison to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board.
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A COUNCIL MEMBER AS LIAISON TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (2005-01-24/R-14)
WHEREAS, the Council at its June 14, 2004 meeting created the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council designates as the Council liaison to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board.
