ADVISORY BOARD ACTION

Subject:                       Southern Community Park Application for Special Use Permit

Meeting Date:           January 25, 2005

Recommendation:      The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board recommends that the Council approve the application as set out in Resolution A of the Town Manager’s Report:

Vote:                                      10 –0.

Aye:     Jed Dube (Chair), Nick Lurie, Kate Millard, Heidi Perry, Tim Saunders, Brian Decker, Claire Millar, Wayne Pein, Alice Neebe and Ray Piplani.

Comments:                   The Board welcomes the project and looks forward to the completion of the Park.
