AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE VII. CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES REGULATING ENERGY CONSERVATION IN DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AND RENOVATED TOWN BUILDINGS (________/R-)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1.  Article VII, Chapter 5 in the Town Code is repealed.

Section 2.  This ordinance shall become effective __________, 2005.
