SUBJECT: Update on the Order to Correct Defective Conditions issued to the owners of 214 West Franklin Street: Wicked Burrito
DATE: March 31, 2005
On March 30, 2005, the Inspections Department performed an interior inspection of the Wicked Burrito confirming that the previously cited items had been corrected and that the property is in compliance with the code requirements for a secured building. The Fire Department inspection was also approved on that date.
A Notice of Compliance was sent to Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc. on March 31, 2005. Mr. Dave Benning, Facility Administrator, reported that the owner is currently interviewing to contract with a local property manager to ensure periodic maintenance of the property.
