SUBJECT:      Changes to Duplex Provisions

 

DATE:                        April 18, 2005

 

 

This Public Hearing agenda item has four parts, described below:

 

A.                A Public Hearing to consider changes to the duplex provisions of the Land Use Management Ordinance.  An ordinance is proposed to amend the regulations.

 

B.                 A Public Hearing to consider changes to the duplex component of the Comprehensive Plan Design Guidelines.  A resolution is provided that would amend the Design Guidelines.

 

C.                 A Report on Possible Changes to Minimum Lot Sizes for Duplexes and for Single Family Houses with Accessory Apartments.  A resolution is provided that would refer the Report to the Planning Board for further consideration.

 

D.                A Report on Possible Changes to Accessory Apartment Provisions.  A resolution is provided that would call a Public Hearing for September 19, 2005 to consider occupancy changes.
