SUBJECT:        Membership recommendations

BACKGROUND

The Technology Committee held a regularly scheduled meeting on April 19, 2005. Thirteen members were in attendance: Ralph Beisner, Terri Buckner, Aris Buinevicius, Jeremy Collins, Evelyn Daniel, Gregg Gerdau, Steve Irving, Karim Kheireddine, Uzoma Nwasu, Brandon Perkins, Will Raymond, Alan Rimer, and Donald Shaw.

The Committee reviewed membership status and noted that five members have terms that expire in June, 2005. Alan Rimer noted the Town Clerk has five applications for the committee, one of which is from a member seeking a second term, and provided copies of the applications for review.

The Committee reviewed the following applications: Ralph Beisner, Martha Hoylman, David Lewis, Allan Polak, and Brian Russell. The committee voted to recommend all for nomination by the Town Council.

RECOMMENDATION

The Technology Committee recommends approving membership for the following: Ralph Beisner, Martha Hoylman, David Lewis, Allan Polak, and Brian Russell.
