The Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission would like to recommend that Jeffrey Cohen and Janet Kagan be re-appointed for a second term of membership on the CHPAC and that Elizabeth Taylor, Ann Kendall, Kathryn James, Lowell Roberts, Mary Ellen Goyer, and Louise Stone be appointed as new members of the CHPAC.
