Tonight the Council considers a Concept Plan for the American Board of Pediatrics.
The American Board of Pediatrics is located on the east side of Kingston Drive between Weaver Dairy Road and Silver Cedar Court.
The American Board of Pediatrics site currently includes two buildings with 36,164 square feet of floor area and 91 parking spaces. This proposal involves adding 23,800 square feet of floor area for new office and meeting spaces with 80 additional parking spaces. In accordance with the Land Use Management Ordinance, there has been no staff review of this Concept Plan.
We recommend that the Council review this Concept Plan, receive comments from the Community Design Commission and citizens, and adopt a resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
