subject:       Appointments to the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board

Currently, there are three vacancies on the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board.  At this time there are no Public Housing resident applicants to consider.  This vacancy has been vacant since December 1, 2004 and will be eligible for consideration of an at-large Chapel Hill applicant after one year.

Tonight, the Council may make appointments to two vacancies on the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board.

A recommendation from the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board is attached.
