A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CLOSURE OF A SECTION OF ROSEMARY STREE RIGHT-OF-WAY (2005-10-10/R-3)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby declares its intent to consider closing up to a 7-foot-wide section of the 45-foot-wide Rosemary Street right-of-way as shown on Orange County Tax Map 7.80A, which said right-of-way is located between the intersection of Rosemary Street and Henderson Street and a point approximately 461 feet to the west of said intersection.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council calls a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, November 14, 2005 in the Council Chamber at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill , North Carolina to receive public comment on the proposed closing of said right-of-way.
