subject:Designation of Convener for the Town Pay Plan Committee

Tonight, the Council may adopt the attached resolution to designate a Committee member to convene the recently established Town Pay Plan Committee.  The Committee was established on June 27, 2005 and members were appointed at the September 26, and October 10 business meetings.

The following is a list of Committee members:

 

Town Employees: Tracy Dudley, James Huegerich, Iris Schwintzer, and Alvin Ward.

Town Citizens: Anita Badrock, Gary Barnes, Neal Bench, Robert Joyce, Donald Tiedman, and Pikuei Tu.

RECOMMENDATION

That the Council adopt the attached resolution to designate a Committee member to convene the Town Pay Plan Committee.

A RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE A CONVENER FOR THE TOWN PAY PLAN COMMITTEE (2005-10-24/R-13)

WHEREAS, on June 27, 2005, the Council has established a Town Pay Plan Committee; and

WHEREAS, on September 26, and October 10, the Council appointed members to the Committee;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council designate Committee Member                                                                 as convener for the Town Pay Plan Committee.
