A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES’ 2005 CONGRESS OF CITIES ANNUAL MEETING (2005-09-26/R-18)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby designates Mayor Kevin Foy to serve as the Council’s voting delegate to the National League of Cities’ 2005 Congress of Cities annual meeting December 6 through 10, 2005.
