Diane Reed, Director of Economic Development Commission for Orange County made a presentation to the Council on June 15, 2005 on the Orange County Economic Development Five-Year Strategic Plan: 2004-2009. Ms. Reid asked for the Council’s endorsement of the Plan.

Attached is a resolution for the Council’s consideration.
