Agendas for Council meetings normally become available on Thursdays before each meeting. Copies of the agenda and related reports, ordinances and resolutions normally become available in the Town Clerk's Office by Thursday afternoon before a Monday night Council meeting. Agenda materials are also normally available at the reference desk at the Chapel Hill Public Library north of Estes Drive by the weekend before a Monday night Council meeting.
Any citizen who desires to receive copies of the Council's list of agenda items may contact the Clerk's Office at 919-968-2743, or email at townclerk@townofchapelhill.org, to be placed on the mailing list for the agenda. Emails and mailings are normally sent out on Thursdays before a Monday meeting.
