SUBJECT: Amendment to the Council’s Meeting Schedule
DATE: January 10, 2000
The Council at the November 23, 1999 work session on the draft Comprehensive Plan agreed to schedule several additional work sessions for additional discussion. After polling the Council, the following dates were identified:
Draft Comprehensive Plan
Monday, January 31 4 – 6 p.m.
Monday, February 7 4 – 6 p.m.
Rental Licensing
Wednesday, February 9 4 – 6 p.m.
The Orange County Board of Commissioners has tentatively scheduled the following dates for Assembly of Governments Meetings:
Thursday, March 30 Southern Human Services Center
Monday, October 30 Southern Human Services Center
Adoption of the attached resolution would add these five meetings to the Council’s calendar. An amended Council calendar which includes these tentative meetings is attached.
We recommend adoption of the attached resolution.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council adds the following meetings to the Council’s meeting schedule:

OF COUNCIL MEETINGS THROUGH DECEMBER, 2000 (99-8-23/R-21)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following calendar of Council meetings. Meetings will be at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
