the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

That the Council
hereby amends the "Ordinance Establishing a Position Classification and
Pay Plan and Longevity Plans for Employees of the Town of Chapel Hill and Bonds
of Officials" November 1, 1999 (99-6-14/O-9) as follows:
