Tract – Application for a Zoning Atlas Amendment

INTRODUCTION
Tonight the Council continues the Public Hearing from February 21, 2000, and March 6, 2000, regarding an application for a Zoning Atlas Amendment to rezone a portion of the Greene Tract.
The County Commissioners voted at its March 21, 2000, meeting to withdraw support of the rezoning request. Accordingly, the application has now been formally withdrawn.
No action is required.
