On April 18, 2000, the Town Council conducted a Budget Work Session to discuss issues related to the proposal for adjusting development application fees.  At the meeting, a question was raised about what the development fees would have been for Scroggs Elementary School at Southern Village, with the proposed fee schedule.  Please find the requested numbers below:

 

Scroggs Elementary School Fees:

 

Special Use Permit Fee (1996) $3,157.46

Final Plan Review Fee (1997)               $1,581.00

 

Scroggs School Fees with Proposed Changes:

 

Special Use Permit Fee                         $23,078.00

Final Plan Review Fee              $12,540.00
