SUBJECT: Follow-up Report on Request From the April 18, 2000 Budget Work Session

The purpose of this memorandum is to respond to a request received at the April 18^th budget work session.

Request – Provide a report on the phone system’s capacity for Spanish messages.

We have determined that our phone messaging system has the capacity for Spanish messages. We will begin the process so we can provide a message in Spanish. We would use the assistance of an interpreter to translate messages.

There would not be any additional costs for adding messages in Spanish.
