SUBJECT: Budget Amendment for Museum Air Conditioning Renovations
DATE: July 5, 2000
The attached budget ordinance would transfer $20,000 from the Capital Reserve Fund for air conditioning repairs at the Chapel Hill Museum as discussed and approved by the Council on June 26. The $20,000 is from the final remaining interest earnings in the Capital Reserve Fund.
RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopt the attached budget ordinance providing funding for air conditioning repairs at the Chapel Hill Museum.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND “THE ORDINANCE CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS AND THE RAISING OF REVENUE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2000 (2000-07-05/O-4)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Budget Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance Concerning Appropriations and the Raising of Revenue for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2000” as duly adopted on June 26, 2000 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
