SUBJECT: Annual Sidewalk and Bicycle Facilities Construction Plan Schedule

On June 12, 2000, the Town Council adopted a resolution asking the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board to report its recommendations on spending funds for sidewalk and bicycle facilities to the Council by August 28, 2000, with the intent of scheduling a public forum in September 2000.
At this writing, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board is scheduled to complete its deliberations on August 22, 2000. We believe this report will be ready for presentation to the Council on September 11, 2000. A public forum could be held in October.
