SUBJECT: Nominations to the Southern Community Park Conceptual Plan Committee and the Board of Adjustment

DATE: December 11, 2000

Tonight the Council may make nominations to the Southern Community Park Conceptual Plan Committee and the Board of Adjustment. Appointments to this committee and board are scheduled for this evening.

The attached resolution would nominate applicants to these boards.

Copies of the applications are attached.

A RESOLUTION NOMINATING APPLICANTS TO VARIOUS ADVISORY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS OR COMMITTEES (2000-12-11/R-3)

WHEREAS, the applications for service on an advisory board or commission or other committees listed below have been received; and

WHEREAS, the applicants have been determined by the Town Clerk to be eligible to serve;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the following names are placed in nomination to serve on an advisory board, commission, or other committees:
