SUBJECT: Work Session With Development Ordinance Consultant
DATE: January 22, 2001
The Council has scheduled this Work Session to discuss the Development Ordinance Revision project with the Town’s consultant, Mr. Mark White of Freilich, Leitner, & Carlisle.
Mr. White will begin with a brief presentation about the approach to this project, and describe the steps involved in developing a first draft. Most of the time available for this Work Session has been reserved for direct discussion between the Council and Mr. White, following his presentation, so that the Council’s objectives and expectations can be made clear.
