SUBJECT: Nomination to Advisory Board

DATE:             February 12, 2001

Tonight the Council may make an additional nomination to vacancies on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board.  Two applicants were previously nominated.  Appointments to this board are scheduled for February 26.

The attached resolution would nominate the additional applicant to this board.

A copy of the application is attached.

A RESOLUTION NOMINATING APPLICANTS TO VARIOUS ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS (2001-02-12/R-2)

WHEREAS, the applications for service on an advisory board or commission or other committees listed below have been received; and

WHEREAS, the applicants have been determined by the Town Clerk to be eligible to serve;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the following names are placed in nomination to serve on an advisory board or commission:

Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board
