SUBJECT:Additional Nominations to Various Boards

 

DATE:            February 26, 2001

 

 

Tonight the Council may make additional nominations to vacancies on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board and the Technology Committee.  Several applicants were previously nominated to these two boards.  Appointments are scheduled for this evening.

 

The attached resolution would nominate the additional applicants to these boards.

 

Copies of the applications are attached.

A RESOLUTION NOMINATING APPLICANTS TO VARIOUS ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS (2001-02-26/R-2)

 

WHEREAS, the applications for service on an advisory board or commission or other committees listed below have been received; and

 

WHEREAS, the applicants have been determined by the Town Clerk to be eligible to serve;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the following names are placed in nomination to serve on an advisory board or commission:

 

Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board
