SUBJECT:       Appointments to the Horace Williams Planning Advisory Committee

 

DATE:            April 23, 2001

 

 

University Chancellor James Moeser has invited the Town to appoint two representatives from the Town Council to serve on the Horace Williams Planning Advisory Committee.  University Chief Counsel Susan Ehringhaus has indicated that the next meeting of the Advisory Committee is scheduled for May 7, 12 Noon, at the Alumni Center on the UNC campus.

 

The attached resolution would designate two Council members to serve on the Advisory Committee.

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO COUNCIL MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE UNIVERSITY’S HORACE WILLIAMS PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE (2001-04-23/R-17)

 

WHEREAS, University Chancellor James Moeser has invited the Town to appoint two representatives from the Town Council to serve on the Horace Williams Planning Advisory Committee; and

 

WHEREAS, the next meeting of the Advisory Committee is scheduled for May 7, 12 Noon, at the Alumni Center;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that ______________________________ and ______________________________ are appointed to serve as the Town’s representatives on the Horace Williams Planning Advisory Committee.
