BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

Nominations to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission, Historic District Commission, Library Board, Planning Board and Transportation Board. (R-2). |

Bid for Backhoe/Loader (R-3). |

Bid for Parking Enforcement Utility Vehicles (R-4). |

d. |
Bid for Asphalt Roller (R-5). |
|
e. |
Resolution Calling a Public Hearing with the Development Ordinance Consultant (R-6). |

Audit Contract for Fiscal Year 2000-2001 (R-7). |

Resolution Endorsing the Regional Transportation Strategy (R-8). |
