SUBJECT: Correction to Agenda Item 6.1 for June 11, “University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Rezoning Application

DATE: June 8, 2001

It has been brought to our attention that we made an error in Agenda Item 6.1 on Monday night’s agenda. That item, “University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Rezoning Application," describes the University’s request for waiver of an application fee.

On page 2 of that memorandum, we report that the application fee for the rezoning application normally would be $18,920. We made an error in our calculations. The correct figure is $28,640.

We apologize for including the incorrect figure in the memorandum.
