Service milestones:
1993-94:  several Community Center positions converted from temporary to full-time to provide more hours of service at the Center
1995-96:  10 positions previously identified as Parks Division transferred to Public Works; building and parks maintenance functions performed by Public Works (Maintenance Assistant position added to Recreation services in 1999-2000)
1997-98:  Northside Gym at Hargraves Center opened; additional staffing initially provided through temporary staff, later converted to full-time and part-time positions.  Outdoor Nature Specialist position deleted, and Recreation programming for senior citizens transferred to Orange County.
2000-2001: Programming /Marketing division created 
2001-2002:  Funding reinstated to Recreation Specalist position for special populations services (had not been funded since 1998-99)
