SUBJECT: Appointment to the Transportation Board
DATE: November 26, 2001
Tonight, the Council may make an appointment to one vacancy on the Transportation Board.
A recommendation from the Transportation Board is attached.
This item was before the Council on November 12, 2001, but no applicant received a majority vote. Mayor Waldorf suggested that only applicants who received more than one vote be placed on the ballot when this appointment was reconsidered. There was no objection from the Council.
On November 12, Marie Eldridge received 3 votes and Jerry Neville received 4 votes. All other applicants have been removed from the ballot.
