As the leading broadband provider, Time Warner Cable is committed to providing outstanding choice, value and convenience for our customers. Time Warner Cable customers have the choice of over 240 channels of entertaining and informative programming. Now more than ever, we know the value of staying in touch with world and local news and are proud to provide award-winning services such as CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC. Early in 2002, we will launch News 14 Carolina, our 24-hour local news service that will be available exclusively to Time Warner Cable customers. Our broadband platform has allowed us to offer quick and easy access to the Internet through our Road Runner service. It will also allow us to offer more advanced services such as Video-On-Demand during 2002.

We are pleased to announce the following channel additions effective December 31, 2001. National Geographic Channel will be added to channel 79 as part of Standard Service. VH1 Classic, featuring music videos of classic artists, will be added to our Digital Service on channel 134. Customers who receive Cinemax will automatically receive the West Coast time versions of Cinemax, Moremax, ActionMax and ThrillerMax on channels 428-43 1. Independent Film Channel will be added to channel 555 as part of our new movie package, Cinema Choice. Fox Movie Channel will move from channel 567 to channel 554 and will also become part of Cinema Choice along with Flix and Sundance. Wam! will move from channel 576 to channel 567 and will remain part of the Encore Movie Pak. Hot Choice will be available only with a digital converter. An updated channel line-up for your area is enclosed or you can visit www.twc-nc. corn for more information.

To enable us to continue adding programming and making investments in new technology, we will make adjustments to monthly prices beginning January 1, 2002. We appreciate our customers, and we understand the need to keep our prices competitive while offering the best possible choice, service and value for our customers. As is

required whenever our prices are adjusted, we have ensured that our new prices for regulated levels of service are in compliance with Federal Communication Commission rules. A complete chart of price changes is listed below. Any prices not listed below remain unchanged.
