SUBJECT: Council Calendar Amendment for Council Budget Work Sessions and Development Ordinance Forums and Workshops
DATE: February 11, 2002
The attached resolution would adopt a calendar of Council meetings for the remainder of 2002.
The resolution includes the time changes for budget work sessions, as well as development ordinance hearings and workshops. It also includes the proposed additional June 3 public hearing referenced in Agenda Item #4c. We have marked new meetings or times in BOLD type.
This meeting calendar does not include two Saturday morning workshops on the Development Ordinance (March 9 and May 11), or three public forums (March 19, April 18, and May 21) since these have not been designated as Council meetings (see Agenda Item #4c). Council Members are welcome to attend these workshops and forums.
Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held at 7 p.m.
If the Council does not adopt Item #4c tonight, this item (#4d) will need to also be pulled for separate consideration.
