SUBJECT:       Amending Council Meeting Calendar

DATE:             February 25, 2002

After polling the Council for possible dates for the Joint Planning Hearings with Orange County and the Town of Carrboro, it was determined that April 17 would be an appropriate date for this hearing.  Both Orange County and Carrboro have indicated that this date is acceptable.

The attached resolution would amend the Council’s meeting calendar to include this Joint Planning Hearing.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2001-2002 MEETING CALENDAR TO INCLUDE A JOINT PLANNING HEARING (2002-02-25/R-12.2)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby amends its 2001-2002 meeting calendar to include April 17, 2002, as a Joint Planning Hearing with Orange County and the Town of Carrboro, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the Southern Human Services Center.
