SUBJECT:       Assessment of Employee Input for Improving Equal Opportunity

In January 2001, the Council established a goal to seek feedback from employees on the Town work environment.  The Council further authorized the Manager to contract with Henry McKoy of McKoy and Associates to conduct diversity training with all Town employees and to conduct a study of the Town’s work environment. 

Agenda #7b, an Assessment of Employee Input for Improving Equal Opportunity, is provided to summarize this diversity training effort.  Henry McKoy will attend tonight’s meeting to present the report.
