A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES (2002-03-04/R-3

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

a.	Designation of Kings Mill/Morgan Creek Neighborhood as a Residential Conservation Area (R-4).
b.	Authorization for Manager to Approve Change Order for Carrboro Plaza Park/Ride Lot Electrical Contract (R-5).
