Please find enclosed copies of packets from Rebuild American (DOE program) and Citizens Conservation Services (a Chapel Hill company). On Monday, I will be giving a short presentation on the ICLEI conference on Cities for Climate Protection. I've asked Charles Young and Steve Morgan to attend Monday night's meeting, so they can answer any questions you may have about their programs and what they could do for Chapel Hill.
I'm working with Kevin to draft a specific proposal for next steps on energy conservation for our meeting. If you have any questions, just ask.
