SUBJECT: Public Forum on South Columbia Street Improvement Project

Tonight’s Public Forum is intended to provide the Council with an opportunity to hear comments from the University and from interested citizens regarding the South Columbia Street Improvement Project in response to a request from the University that discussion of this project be reopened.
Information regarding this matter was included in the Council’s agenda packet for its May 13, 2002 meeting and was made available electronically to University officials and interested citizens via the Town’s web site at www.townofchapelhill.org. This information packet has not been revised or supplemented and will be reinserted into the Council’s agenda packet for the May 29th Public Forum. The information will remain available for review on the Town’s web site prior to the Forum.
