SUBJECT:        Nominations to the Board of Adjustment, Community Design Commission, Greenways Commission, and the Parks and Recreation Commission. 

 

DATE:              May 29, 2002

 

Tonight, the Council may make nominations to fill vacancies on various boards and committees.  Adoption of the attached resolution would nominate current applicants.

 

Appointments to the Greenways Commission are scheduled for tonight.

 

Appointments to the Board of Adjustment, Community Design Commission, and the Parks and Recreation Commission are scheduled for June 10, 2002.

 

Copies of the applications are attached.

 

A RESOLUTION NOMINATING APPLICANTS TO VARIOUS ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS (2002-05-29/R-2)

 

WHEREAS, the applications for service on an advisory board or commission or other committees listed below have been received; and

 

WHEREAS, the applicants have been determined by the Town Clerk to be eligible to serve;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the following names are placed in nomination to serve on an advisory board or commission:
