Request for Proposals are based on 10 cameras with at least 20 minimum red light violations per day at each camera approach. Estimated Revenues per year in the following table was prepared based on the following “assumed” numbers:

Total number of violations in a year at all ten camera approaches:  20 X 10 X 365 = 73,000

Estimated number of citations collected: 73,000 X 80% = 58,400

Estimated amount collected from 80% of the citations issued: 58,400 X $50.00 = $2,920,000
