SUBJECT: Nominations to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Board of Adjustment, Housing and Community Development Advisory Board, Human Services Advisory Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, Personnel Appeals Committee and the Planning Board
DATE: June 10, 2002
Tonight, the Council may make nominations to fill vacancies on various boards and committees. Adoption of the attached resolution would nominate current applicants.
Appointments to the Board of Adjustment and the Parks and Recreation Commission are scheduled for tonight.
Appointments to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Housing and Community Development Advisory Board, Human Services Advisory Board, Personnel Appeals Committee and the Planning Board are scheduled for June 24, 2002.
Copies of the applications are attached.
A RESOLUTION NOMINATING APPLICANTS TO VARIOUS ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS (2002-06-10/R-2)
WHEREAS, the applications for service on an advisory board or commission or other committees listed below have been received; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have been determined by the Town Clerk to be eligible to serve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the following names are placed in nomination to serve on an advisory board or commission:
