There were several editorial and clerical errors in the document presented to the Council on June 24, 2002.  These have been corrected and the revised document is attached.  These corrections do not change the substance of the Ordinance.  Please discard the previous copy you received and use this copy for future reference.  Thank you for your attention to this.
