SUBJECT: Annual Report to the Town Council from the Chapel Hill Solar Roofs Committee

We are pleased to submit to you a report on the work of the Million Solar Roofs Committee over the past year. Tom Henkel of our Committee will attend your meeting to present this report.
In September, 2001, the Council authorized continuation of our work for one year, with staff assistance for five Committee meetings. The Committee held its fifth meeting in August. Tonight, we request the Town Council consider extending our authorization, including staff assistance, so that we may continue work on a number of projects underway and planned.
