The attached ordinance would implement salary increases of 3.78% for the Town Manager and Town Attorney effective December 1, 2002.

Current salary December 1, 2002 salary

Town Manager                 $127,050                                         $131,852

Town Attorney                 $115,500                                         $119,865

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN DATED 2002-06-24O-6 (2002-11-25/O-2)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Ordinance Establishing a Position Classification and Pay Plan (2002-06-24/O-6) is amended as follows:

In Section IV, part B, under Elected and Appointed Officials, DELETE the lines

and ADD the lines
