ATTACHMENT 3
Summary of Application of Regulations
The following tables summarize the ways in which regulations, as proposed in the Final Draft of a new Land Use Management Ordinance (dated 1/27/03), would apply to properties in different circumstances.
The first table assumes an existing lot, created or approved prior to January 27, 2003. The columns each describe a particular type of development that might be proposed on such an existing lot, and then describe what regulations and standards would apply to that situation.
The second table is intended to display the same information, for development that might be proposed in the future on a lot (or lots) yet to be created.
The tables are intended to be used for illustrative purposes. For complete information, please consult the text of the Land Use Management Ordinance.
