Description: Scouring around an existing reinforced concrete pipe that drains Newton Drive through this property.  Diameter and length of pipe sections are unknown.  No easement exists.  Scour was likely caused by pipe joint separation.      

Recommendation: Excavate around eroded area to expose at least three pipe joints.  Inspect pipe joints for separation and make repairs to pipe joints as necessary.  Replace or patch any broken pipe sections.  Flush the storm sewer to ensure that the system is clear of blockages.  Backfill with soil and reseed disturbed area.
